WWE Battleground 2013 Predictions!

Tonight WWE presents their 1st annual Battleground PPV.  Here are my thoughts for tonight:

Dolph Ziggler vs. Damien Sandow on the Pre-Show:  This match should be good no matter the outcome, and I really wish it would be on the main show.  Does anyone else feel they are not using Dolph nor Damien to their full potential, or is it just me?

My Pick: Sandow

 

Kofi Kingston vs Bray Wyatt: I was not even aware this match was on the card, but I am excited to see it.  I feel like Kane might return during this match, but I could be wrong.

 

My Pick: Bray

Santino & Khali vs Jack Swagger & Antonio Cesaro:  This is a bullshit match and we could have substituted this match for a good one, like Sandow vs Ziggler!  All I ask for is that Cesaro  do the Giant Swing.

My Pick: Swagger & Cesaro

Curtis Axel vs R-Truth for the IC Title: Love Axel, but he's been quite boring lately, doesn't really have a storyline going on.  Would like to see Truth get a run with the title.

My Pick: Truth

Cody Rhodes & Goldust vs. Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins, if Cody and Goldust lose the match they are gone from the WWE forever and Dusty will lose his job as well:  I'm excited for this match, I have wanted the Rhodes Bros to either team up or feud since Cody signed!  Only negative is I feel like this match will not end clean, with either Dean or Show interfering.

My Pick: Rhodes Bros

 

AJ Lee (c) vs. Brie Bella for the Divas Title: I have been loving what they have been doing with the Diva's division, I just don't want Brie going for the title, neither Bella for that matter.

 

My Pick: AJ

 

CM Punk vs. Ryback:  You know I can't stand Ryback, so who do you think I'm going for?  That being said I love what they have been doing with Heyman and Punk, and can't wait to see what they do next.

 

My Pick: Punk

 

Alberto Del Rio (c) vs. Rob Van Dam in a Hardcore Rules match for the WHC Title: I'm tired of this feud, ready for Ricardo to turn on RVD already.  The only thing I am remotely excited for is that this is going to be a Hardcore match, I love when they can use weapons, I'm quite fond of the Kendo stick.

 

My Pick: ADR

Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton for the vacated WWE Title:  Not a fan of Orton and I don't like that he's the 'face of the company,' he's just gotten so boring.  There's no way Bryan will be winning the title though, since it's not 'good for business,' so I assume someone will interfere, but I'm still going with Bryan.

My Pick: Bryan
