Hits & Misses for September 9, 2013
Hits:
Diva's match: The Diva's match was pretty good, except for the fact that last I checked Brie, actually both Bella's and Eva Marie, were heel, but for the point of the current storyline it can work. Plus I'm enjoying what they are doing with the Diva's. I love that they are using the good Diva's Naomi, Natalya, and Brie, who can actually wrestle, in this feud with AJ. Kind of wondering where Kaitlin is, but happy to see other Diva's in the spotlight.
Edge: Extremely happy to see Edge tonight, he had a great segment with Bryan, Randy, and HHH. Plus I got a Rated RKO reunion and an E&C reunion, even though the E&C reunion wasn't exactly what I wanted.
Goldust: Always nice to see him, knew there was no chance he was going to win, but still nice to see him.
Cesaro's Giant Swing: That was incredible, he must've went around at least 20 times, it was awesome!
Wyatt Family: Still love them, so they're still here, plus Bray had a good match with Ziggler.
Santino: Great to see Santino back, didn't realize how much I missed him 'til he returned. Now all I need is Evan Bourne to return!
Neutral/I don't know where to put this:
Booker T: I don't know about you guys, but Booker keeps popping up backstage, and I think maybe he could have some type of storyline in this McMahon vs Bryan feud. Maybe he's forming some type of army or something, or maybe I'm just reading too much into it.
Misses:
Orton: Sorry, still not sold as him being the face of the company. Want to clarify that this doesn't mean I don't enjoy the McMahon & Bryan storyline, cause I quite enjoy it, I just don't buy Randy as the face of the company.
Sandow & Ziggler: Don't get me wrong I love both of them, but I'm a little upset with what they're doing with them, which is NOTHING! They had good storyline's going, Dolph with Big E and Sandow with Cody, and now Ziggler's jobbing, and Sandow is just a filler to get the Miz/Fandango feud on it's feet.
Axel: I am really happy he is IC champ, but him trying to feud with Punk, as Heyman's guy, just is not working, for me at least. I think he just needs to start his own feud, with maybe Kofi or someone, I'm just not getting anything out of him and Punk.
